Services

The right method for each surface

Soft wash for houses, stucco, and roofs. High pressure for concrete and pavers. Storefronts and gas stations too. We price by square foot.
House & Stucco Washing

House & Stucco Washing

Soft wash chemistry on siding, stucco, brick, stone, and soffits — or high pressure when the surface can take it.

Most jobs take 2–6 hours

Typical surfaces: Stucco, brick, stone, soffits

  1. We look at the surface first. Stucco, brick, stone, and soffits are not all treated the same.
  2. For a soft wash, we mix sodium hypochlorite with water, spray it on, let it work, then rinse.
  3. Where the surface can take it, we high-pressure wash instead.

Roof Washing

Roof Washing

Low-pressure soft wash for tile and other roofs so algae and black streaks come off without blasting the surface.

Most jobs take 2–6 hours

Typical surfaces: Tile and other residential roofs

  1. Roofs get a soft wash, not a high-pressure blast.
  2. Solution is applied at low pressure, given time to kill the growth, then rinsed.
  3. We cover and rinse plants as we go.

Driveways, Concrete & Pavers

Driveways, Concrete & Pavers

High-pressure cleaning for concrete and pavers — oil, algae, and years of South Florida buildup.

Most jobs take 2–6 hours

Typical surfaces: Concrete, pavers, walkways

  1. We pressure wash concrete and pavers with high pressure and a surface cleaner when it fits the job.
  2. Oil, algae, and dirt come up so the surface looks even, not striped.

  2. Fill the joints with sand.
  3. Apply sealer and let it dry.

Commercial Properties

Commercial Properties

Storefronts, gas stations, and other commercial buildings — the same soft wash and pressure methods, scaled to the property.

Most jobs take 2–6 hours

Typical surfaces: Storefronts, gas stations, commercial buildings, parking and walkways

  1. Tell us what needs cleaning: storefront, gas station, parking, walls, or the whole building.
  2. We match pressure to the surface so paint, glass, and concrete are cleaned, not damaged.
  3. Work can be scheduled around your hours so customers are not walking through a wet lot.
