About
Atlantic Grime Fighters, run by Teddy Dietzen
Local exterior cleaning for homes, storefronts, and gas stations in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade. Soft wash is the main difference from shops that blast every wall the same way.
Teddy Dietzen owns and runs Atlantic Grime Fighters LLC. Jobs are taken any day of the week, year round — South Florida does not wait on a season.
House and stucco work is usually a soft wash: sodium hypochlorite mixed with water, sprayed on, then rinsed. If the surface can take high pressure, that is an option too. Roofs stay on the soft-wash side. Driveways, concrete, and pavers get high pressure. Paver sealing is wash, sand the joints, seal, then dry. The same methods go on commercial properties — storefronts and gas stations included.
You do not need to be home. Furniture, cars, and plants get moved or covered when we can. The business is insured. If something is damaged, it gets made right. We price by square foot.
